Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Winter Trades ("we", "us") collects when you use this site and apply for the mentorship, and what we do with it.

1. What we collect

Application details. When you fill in the application form we receive what you type, which normally includes your name, email address, phone number and your answers about your trading background and goals.
Contact you send us. Emails and messages you send to us, and the details in them.
Usage data. Standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device, pages viewed and referring site, collected through cookies and similar tools. We do not run third-party analytics or advertising pixels on this site. The application form is provided by Typeform and the video by YouTube, each of which may set its own cookies under its own privacy policy.
Purchase details. If you buy the mentorship, Whop handles payment. We receive your name, email and order details, but not your full card number.

2. How we use it

To review your application and contact you about it.
To deliver the mentorship if you join, including access to Discord, calls and materials.
To send you information about the program. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time.
To run, secure and improve the site, and to measure how well it works.
To meet legal obligations and resolve disputes.

3. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the services that help us run the program: Typeform (the application form), Whop (checkout, membership and reviews), Discord (the community), our email provider, video hosting for the embedded videos, and any analytics tools listed above. Each processes your data under its own privacy policy. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

4. Cookies

The site uses cookies and similar technologies to keep it working and to understand how it is used. Embedded services such as the application form and video player may set their own cookies. You can block cookies in your browser, though parts of the site may then not work.

5. How long we keep it

Application details are kept for 12 months after your application unless you join, in which case they are kept for the length of your membership and 3 years after it ends for record-keeping. Usage data is kept in aggregate form.

6. Your rights

You can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and you can opt out of marketing at any time. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to know what we collect and to request deletion, and we will not treat you differently for exercising them. 7. Under 18s

The site and the program are for people aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone younger, and we delete it if we learn we have.

8. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

9. Changes

We may update this policy by posting a new version here with a new date.
