This website is operated by Winter Trades ("Winter Trades", "we", "us"). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you buy the mentorship, the Membership Agreement you sign at checkout governs that purchase, and where it conflicts with these terms, the Membership Agreement wins.
The site describes an educational trading program and lets you apply for it. Nothing on it is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and nothing on it is a recommendation to buy or sell any instrument. Winter Trades is not a broker, a registered investment adviser or a prop firm.
Trading futures and other leveraged products involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. Results shown on the site belong to the individuals named, are not typical, and are not a promise of what you will earn. You alone are responsible for your trading decisions and for any money you put at risk.
Submitting the application form does not create a contract or reserve a place. We may accept or decline any application at our discretion. You must be at least 18 to apply.
Purchases are made through Whop and are governed by the Membership Agreement, under which all sales are final except as separately stated in a specific offer. The payout guarantee described on this site is that specific offer, and its conditions are set out on the apply page and in the return policy you accept at checkout.
Everything on this site, including text, video, images, the curriculum and the Winter Capital Group name and branding, belongs to Winter Trades or its licensors. You may view the site for your own use. You may not copy, record, republish or distribute any of it without written permission.
The site uses services we do not control, including Typeform for the application form, Whop for checkout and reviews, and video hosting for the embedded videos. Their terms and privacy policies apply to what you do on their platforms. Whop, YouTube, Discord, Instagram, TikTok and Meta are trademarks of their owners and none of them endorse this site.
You agree not to interfere with the site, scrape it, submit false information in an application, or use it for anything unlawful.
To the fullest extent the law allows, Winter Trades is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or reliance on anything on it, including trading losses. Our total liability to you in connection with the site is limited to the amount you paid us, if anything, in the twelve months before the claim.
Nothing in these terms restricts you from posting an honest review of our services, including a critical one.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and the United States. Disputes about a purchase are handled as set out in the Membership Agreement.
We may update these terms by posting a new version here with a new date. Continued use of the site after that is acceptance of the change.
